The Ranpak Added Value Department offers a unique service; integrating packaging machines in existing packaging environments.

Normally a packaging machine is placed close to a pack station or is situated at such a place where it is easy and convenient for most packers to make use of it. Most often such a situation is a trade off. The Ranpak Added Value department makes it possible to build the packaging machine anywhere at, around above or under a pack station. Whether the pack station is at a table or at a conveyor we are able to build in our systems just the way you would like to have it.

Our experts can, if you wish, advise you what would work best, based on our experience, in your specific situation. Our Cad Cam people will put the ideas on paper in order to get a 3D visual impression what it would look like. This is ideal to discuss with e.g. the packers to see if it is according to their wishes as well. If necessary we simply modify the drawings in order to create the best result.
