Over the 4 events Ranpak will be demonstrating 4 systems, each producing different pad styles for in-box packaging – PadPak CC for compact cushioning, PadPak Senior for heavy cushioning, PadPak LC for light cushioning and FillPak TT for void fill. These models will demonstrate the versatility, ease and speed of packing with paper in void fill and cushioning scenarios. Whether you ship boxes within boxes; one, two or multiple items; or heavy and fragile products, you will find on display a solution to suit.

For pre-packed cosmetics and pharmaceuticals and other items requiring high speed throughput:

The recently upgraded FillPak TT model with cutter mechanism reduces the amount of work for the operator, therefore speeding up the packing process. In addition to the cut mechanism, the upgrade also gives the operator the ability to pre-set paper lengths via an Electronic Delivery System (EDS) mode. The unit can be set up to dispense void fill material in lengths of 30cm up to 3m.

Also with speed and cost savings in mind, the PadPak CC is ideal for small and medium sized boxes as pads are only 11cm wide. The compact unit sits on the work station for ultimate convenience.

The PadPak LC is an economic solution, combining high speed with minimum paper usage. The system converts 90g, fanfold Kraft paper into an effective light cushioning pad for fast, efficient cushioning or blocking and bracing applications.
