The PadPak LC is a high speed and economical packaging system to protect light products in transit or pack fragile pre-packed products.The PadPak LC is the fastest paper cushioning machine on the market, with the highest output allowing a maximum box throughput. The machine converts 1 layer paper into a cushioning pad which can be used to protect manually packed products in a shipping box. The system ensures damage free storage or arrival at its end destination.
1 ply paper solution
The machine creates a cushioning pad out of 1 layer 70 or 90 grams paper. The high protective quality of the paper pad produced by only 1 layer paper makes it a very economical system
User friendly interfaceThe language on the display can be selected out of 9 languages, in order that the packer can navigate through the menu in his own language.

Machine can be tilted and rotated, to integrate ideal in the packing environment Adjustable speedThe packer can install the speed of the machine out of 3 levels to choose the most convenient one Multiple operation modesThe operator can select in which mode he would like to work: determine the length of the packing material manually by foot pedal, work in EDS mode (a new pad of an equal length will be produced as soon as the operator takes one pad out), or pre-produce the pads through the automatic mode
