PadPak Senior

The PadPak Senior is the most versatile solution to pack even the most fragile products in shipping boxes.

The PadPak Senior, converts 2 or 3 layer paper into exceptional cushioning pads which can be used to protect fragile products during shipment or storage.

The pad can be used for many different packing techniques and applications such as cushioning, wrapping or fixing products in a box. Packed in these paper pads, your products can be safely stored and shipped by truck, airplane or cargo boat.
 

Excellent shock absorbing material

The paper pad has a tremendous shock absorbing capacity which means that even the most fragile products will not be damaged if a box drops on the floor or during restless shipment.

Multiple operation modes

The operator can select in which mode he would like to work: determine the length of the packing material manually by using the remote control by foot pedal, work in EDS mode (the next pad of an equal length will be produced as soon as the operator takes one pad out), or pre produce the pads through the automatic mode.

Multiple paper types

The PadPak Senior product line consists of many different paper types, varying in paper grammage and roll length to offer an ideal solution based on the need and wishes of every customer.

Extended options

If required, the machine can be delivered with a basic or extended packing table, a coiler option (to easily pack very heavy products), a splicing plate (in horizontal position) or a paper roll cart.
