Accufill is the solution for controlling material cost in high volume packing operations.

The unit is an in-line measurement system which can determine the exact amount of empty space in a shipping box. It then signals the FillPak machine to dispense the right amount of paper needed to fill up the empty space in that specific box. Products will be protected during shipment and arrive at their end destination damage-free. Optimizing the amount of filling material needed becomes more crucial in high volume packing operations. Accufill is the solution to control cost in this process.

High speed

Output up to 12 boxes/minute gives maximum box throughput  

Scanner technology

This technology makes it possible to measure the empty space in a box very accurately and this leads to the most optimal paper filling. Material usage will be 
controlled, resulting in material cost savings in high volume packing operations.

Automatic void detection

Automatic void detection leads to improved labour efficiency. The operator’s focus  is put solely on the filling process.

Reporting capabilities

Detailed management reporting is available to analyze all data of the packing operation.
