FillPak

The FillPak converts 1 layer of kraft paper (50g/m2) into a high volume star-shaped paper which can be used as a very effective filling material. It prevents your products from shifting around in their box, ensuring damage-free arrival at their end destination.

FillPak runs at high speed (1.4 m/sec) and the paper that is converted has a width of no less than 76 cm. This solution will limit the time needed for filling boxes offering maximum box throughput and an efficient packing process.

Paper gets dispensed directly at the operator, improving the efficiency of the packing process and optimizing the speed of working.

Clear operation

Due to its simplicity the unit is very effective and easy to use. Focus of the operator is completely put on the filling process.

3 available speed levels (0.8/1.2/1.4 m/sec) give the operators the possibility to select the one that meets their working pace.
 

Pre-set paper lengths (EDS mode)

Besides foot pedal operation the operator can also work with the EDS mode. The option for pre-setting paper lengths offers even more packing convenience. In those environments where boxes are filled in a consistent way, material usage can be controlled and productivity can be increased.
 

Fanfolded packs of paper

Offers easy handling, minimum time for machine loading and requires less storage and transport space. Gluing strips:Up to 5 packs of paper can be glued together. Time involved with handling and pack changeovers is kept to an absolute minimum.
